I bring an eclectic approach to my private practice, combining a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive and Developmental Psychology and Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling. I am also a Master trained Splankna Practitioner, a Certified Life and Marriage Coach, and the developer of #HER Circles, supportive groups for women working collectively through trauma and abuse. My life experiences and journey of healing enrich and inform my practice. I also lead retreats and workshops. I am married and a "specialty" mom of three young adult children. Formerly I founded and ran an international non-profit addressing the needs of orphans with special needs. I partner with two local non-profits providing counseling for teen moms and women who have safely come out of sex trafficking. For self-care, I like to write, run, and hike.
